How to purchase with Price Matching

Confirm that the other dealer has the item in stock, and make a note of the web address (URL) and price.  Use our shopping cart to purchase the item from us, but in the "Special Shipping Instructions" box, enter the following:

• The URL to the competitor's box with the lower price
• The lower price
• Your statement that you've checked and the box is in stock at that dealer

When we process your order, we will determine if we can match the price.  If we can, we will recalculate your total based on the price match, and ship your box.  We will email you a corrected invoice.

If for any reason we cannot match the price, we will cancel your order and will notify you via email.

Why we LIKE to Price Match

We simply do not have enough time in the day to compare all our prices with everyone else's... we have too many boxes in stock to do that!  But we want to know if someone else has beaten our prices so we can adjust our prices as necessary.  By requesting a price match, you've done our work for us, and we appreciate that!

Why we require an item to be in stock

Yes, there are some dealers who have listed boxes that they don't carry (and don't intend to carry) at ridiculously low prices.  They use these low prices as a "bait and switch" to lure customers in for their boxes they do sell.  It's hard to believe, but it happens!

The "Fine Print"

Our price match offer applies to identical, in-stock Limoges boxes offered by competitors.  No other discounts apply.  Price match orders must be placed online (no phone orders).  The price match must be requested at the time of the original order.  The competitor's total cost of the item (including shipping) will be considered.  If we are out of stock on the item, we will place your order on backorder, and will notify you via email.  Sorry, but we cannot respond to email requesting a price match.
