Chanille Heart with Lovers Limoges Box

This is one of the best hearts I've ever seen. Not only is the painting on the front simply gorgeous, but it is cleverly designed on an angle so it displays beautifully! The front shows two lovers in Paris. They are sitting on a bench enjoying a lovely afternoon - I think they are about to kiss! In the background you can see a few famous French landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Tiny sparkling jewels (rhinestones) glisten across the blue sky. The clasp is a pair of intertwined hearts and painted inside are the words "I Love You". How romantic! The box is marked Chanille Peint Main, Limoges France and is signed and numbered by the artist. It measures 1½"h x 2¼"w.
