For the Shakespeare collector, here is a lovely heart depicting a scene from the Merchant of Venice. A masked couple at Carnivale is standing in a gondola beneath the Rialto Bridge in Florence.  The moon and stars shine in the night sky.   The clasp is a pair of intertwined hearts and there is a tiny black mask with netting tucked inside. The box is marked Dubarry Peint Main, Limoges France and measures 1"h x 2¼"w.
