Chamart Louvre with Mona Lisa Limoges Box

This gorgeous box is a miniature of the Louvre Pyramid in Paris. It is a deep metallic gray color with darker crosshatches. From an angle, the paint shimmers with rainbow colors, but it is not obvious in the photograph. Included with the Louvre is a replica of one of the most famous paintings displayed inside - the Mona Lisa! [Can I be honest here? The artist that painted the "Mona Lisa" replica included is not quite a Da Vinci!] It is porcelain and measures ¾" x ¾". The box is marked Chamart Peint Main, Limoges France and measures 1¾"h x 1¼"w.
