York, with the Statue of Liberty in front and the World Trade Center
Twin Towers in the background. The base is painted with a bold blue
base with white stars and a red stripe around the edges. The clasp is
a star and the Statue of Liberty’s torch is painted inside. The box is
marked Rochard Peint Main, Limoges France and is signed by the artist.
It measures 3¾"h x 2"w.
