Right from the pages of Mother Goose nursery rhymes, here are the Three Blind Mice! You can tell they are blind by the dark glasses they are wearing - what a great touch! They are all dressed in colorful clothes and their leader is holding a metal cane. Check out their tails - they are all bandaged! Guess this was made after the farmer's wife cut off their tails. The clasp is a butter knife and the carving knife is painted inside. The box is marked Artoria Peint Main, Limoges France and is signed and numbered by the artist. Approximate size is 3 x 2 inches.
